I attended the Vespa anniversay bash in Northampton some years ago, and was finally convinced to try a plastic fantastic by the Piaggio dealers. They assured me it was th every latest thing and would take over the popularity of the P200. I didnt believe a word of it of course. They were then horrified to see me pull off from the show room, get to the instinctive engine tone where a gear change is expected. only to see me go for the non existent clutch, slam the brakes on and ditch their brand new 'still IN the showroom' scooter. 8 .... 3 Favourite Soul/Scootering events/venues of the past.... Not only did they want to charge me £12 EACH for piston rings, they stopped me leaving the shop believeing that I had picked up the helmet and tried shoplifting it. Needless to say I didnt pay that price for piston rings, and a wrist lock worked exceptionally well on the shop manager - WANKER! i didnt even get an apology when i produced my receipt, just an OH! but i hurt the fucker anyway by then. 19.....How did you find out about the AFSC? was looking through the web for the national runs for the year and your site had them, been referring back to it ever since.
